A WIP for a picture I'm doing. X3 I'll tell you about that guy and stuff when I'm done coloring it, but for now I'm just gonna say that its a new character. He literally his a horseman XD

Really awesome, it's such a creative design! I just have a small crit to make though: The left side of the bottom of his coat looks a little too boxed and cubed. I would give it a little point to prevent it from looking like that. Also, the space between his thumb and finger on the right hand looks just a tad off.
Otherwise, this is great, and I can't wait to see the finished product! <3
